Palm Warbler Setophaga palmarum

Palm Warblers breed east of the Continental Divide, across Canada and the northeastern United States.  They spend their winter in the southeastern United States, the Yucatan Peninsula, islands of the Caribbean, and eastern Nicaragua south to Panama.

During the winter months (Sep-Mar), this species can be found throughout the state of Florida.  It is quite common in the southern portion of the state, becoming less common in the northern portion, and uncommon to rare in the western part of the Panhandle.
