Rose-breasted Grosbeak     Pheucticus ludovicianus

The Rose-breasted Grosbeak breeds during the summer months in southern Canada and in the northern states of the eastern half of the United States.  This species winters in Central America, the northwestern part of South America and Cuba.

In Florida, this species is a rare to uncommon migrant throughout.  It is usually seen during April-May during their migration north and in Oct-Nov during their migration south.
