Indigo Bunting Passerina cyanea

Indigo Buntings breed in the eastern two-thirds of North America, including the northern portion of Florida.  In the winter, they migrate south to Central America and northern Columbia.  This species is seen in large numbers in Florida during the fall (Sept/Oct) and the spring (Apr/May) as they migrate through the state.
